Step Count 9/11 5,775 Sunday was a pretty lazy day. We went to a bbq and I ate way too much (ribs, potato salad, baked beans....you get the picture). Not to mention the wine. Gonna work on upping the step count this week. 9/12 10, 978

I'd like to start this round. I'm 63 years old and 5' 2". My goals for the next 10 days is water, water and more water. If I am not consciously thinking about it.
