yes i have 2 groups! I'll be starting a new miles challenged the 1st! I can add you when i make it if you want! I wont be doing another squat challenge because ill be doing insanity AND the miles challenge starting the 1st!

i joined a 30 day squat challenge, ends 8/31 and a 60 miles in 31 days challenge, ends 8/31! So im walking 4-5 days a week about 3 mile each time, with some jogging when i can! Squats 4 days on 1 day off, 4 days on and so on and so forth! I eat 5 times a day! breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner! I drink at least 8 cups…

i measure at the belly button, thats the area i want to lose the most, so i focus on that area when measuring!! I also measure right under my boobs to see how many inches im losing in my back (back fat sucks) lol

I'm 5'3, 26 years old and eat about 1510 calories a day and have lost 12.1 lbs since 07/15/14. I have just under 32 lbs to go and feeling great! The BEST advice i can give you is A. TAKE BEFORE PICTURES, you'll be soooo happy you did AND B. Do your measurements! There will be times the scale wont move, but your losing inches and not even know it!! I do both of these on the same day every 2 weeks!!
