I've been married for 4 years, we split most of the cooking, and cleaning used to be an issue for us. I hate doing the dishes. So now he will load the dish washer and I put it all away. And anything hand wash gets cleaned by whoever got it dirty. Ask for help if he won't volunteer it, the longer you wait the worse it will…

I use the powdered Coffee Mate its only 10 cal per tsp. (and, yes, I do measure it out every morning)

I was riding to work, about 4 miles each way. It was great! I definately recomend a trial run on the weekend and give your self plenty of time so you can go slower if you need to. I just changed offices and can't bike to work any more I'm so bummed. It was a great way to get a workout in. Good Luck! :smile:

I have not taken any medication purchased at the dollar store. I would compare the ingredents. And you can always try it and if it works, great, if not, you're only out $1.

I use stevia; aspartame trigers my migranes so if your not used to it be aware in case you have the same issue.

Water aerobics, or just swimming in general. I have plantar facitis and tendonitis in my knee and the pool really helps with both. Good luck!

My husband loves Chili's, I always get the margarita grilled chicken. Its only 550 cal and I can usually only eat 1/2 of it!

1/3 Cup Kellogs All Bran Bran Buds (looks like rabbit food) and any yogurt. Its gives the yogurt a nice crunch and fills me up.

Watch your portions and up your workouts if needed. It's all about staying in your calorie alotments. Good Luck!

I have a huge sweet tooth so I always make sure I have enough calories left for some icecream (my weakness). Its my workout motovation. Its been said but dark chocolate is better then milk, and try and keep it in moderation. Good Luck!!

I had that a few years back and it was tendonitis in my achillies tendon. Stretch it and ice. Good Luck!
