Congratulations!!

I gain 2 pounds every TOM. But it's fast gone 1 day or 2 after. Everyone is different.

They're probably right here, on me! I've lost 18 pounds so far (will have at tomorrow's weight in) and, while I so hoped they would off a bit. No. Not at all. I have, however, noticed that my toes looked much slimmer. Can we trade? I'll take fat toes over fat boobs anytime!

I had to do the same thing. I have a lot of weight to loose, so I thought that 2 pounds a week would be good. Well... no. I always went over; and it stressed me out. Since I brought it down to 1 1/2, it is much better. I feel that I can make it, and you know what? It's working!

This is so interesting. I've been wondering the same as the initial poster. However, I thought MFP was too high and I've been cutting by 25 % what it said for exercise. Hum, I guess I really need an HRM.

Good idea, I never thought of it that may, but it certainly may help! I'll try during my holidays.

You can add me too! I love Disney and have been a few times with the kids! I had 100 pounds to lose; now down to 64 left.

That is good. You are learning. You are making better choices. Continue to be careful, you'll make it!

Welcome! I started this site about 7 weeks ago and I am very pleased. I've lost 14 pounds, down from 225. also aiming at 150. Please add me if you wish to become friends.

I used to look online and wait wait wait. I started having a blast at dating when I made it real. Chatted a few times (just barely enough to make sure the person was not a serial killer) then chose fun dates surrounded with other people : tree climbing, salsa lessons, coffee on the pier, etc. I met great people and even if…

Wow! As with others here, I always had a small negative voice in my head, saying that I might never get a good body back, no matter how much weight I lost. Well, maybe my skin won't all shrink back, but your are certainly giving me hope. Thank you.

Thank you for this post. I am very often hungry, and couldn't figure out why. It is less since I started this site and eating my calories back. But it's still there. Drinking lots of water helps! I'm glad I'm not alone!

I so do. Actually, I have asked my trainer to remove some exercises from my training because of that. (I found that the worst is when she made me do a push up; then jump high than back to push up and so forth). I'll gladly take any tips you have! For some classes, I have put 2 bras on : one sportsbra and another one on top.

Looking great! Keep on going!

I so understand you! Sometimes, I manage to be very good at restaurants 1 time out of 2. I think that once we fall into have 'just one glass' of beer, wine, etc, we get doomed!!! That's went I seem to let it go. So I try to either allow myself wine/beer and very healthy at restaurant OR have a bit more chips but no alcool.…

I'm new as well, and brain tumors are supposed to stop my weight loss. Well you know what, I've decided NOT to listen to all doctors that say it's impossible and at least try for 6 months. If I loose, great! If I don't, I'll still be in a much better shape than I am now. I'll be happy to support you! Add me if you want!
-
Forgot to say : you look amazing!!
-
WOW! 38 pounds really do make a huge difference. As you seem to have the same shape as I have, your success is very encouraging to me. THank you!
-
Thank you for the question! I'm new as well and couldn't figure out why it wasn't giving any calories to the strength training while I'm pretty sure it burns some as well as cardio. I'll keep reading on here!

You look amazing!
-
Good job! I love the idea... maybe I should add it as one of my goals!

I really admire you to do this. I've just joined on here, and I've cut to one can a day - since Sunday. I used to drink 3 or 4 cans, so it's progress. I hope that in a few weeks, once I've ajusted to my new routine, I can do like you, and cut down completely. Go, go, go! You can keep on doing it, I think you have done the…

I love the Greatest Hit album by Bon Jovi. And The Eye of the Tiger. To walk upbeat, yet while cooling down, I love Lucky Uke (check them on itunes).
