No special food, it just gives you guidelines for healthy foods and it is higher protien and good carbs through out the day. i have felt so good since i started eating this way. it is restrictive on the foods allowed, but i am actually liking the flavors :)

YAY! for all of you that lost!! I however am struggling yet again! I can not break the 190's and as of today am almost reentering the 200's! I so do not want to go there again. My weigh in today is 198.8...............................BOOOOOOO! but i am in good spirits about it and ready to try again this week.....

it gets tough sometimes but you can do this!! it is easy to get in a rutt and hard to get out but you are worth it!!! drink some water, eat something new and try a new excercise.................NOW WOMAN :wink:

it is definantly a right to have as many children as you want, but it is not your right to then have others support you in that journey. I think that if there was not so much money, food and health care given to others from my packets from uncle sam people would not continue to have kids and expect others to support them!…

I hear so much about that laughin cow cheese I am gonna have to try it!! i have been eating a different breakfast and i have been feeling fuller longer:) i make two egg whites and fold them over to sondwich size, put it on a toasted bagel thin or whole wheat english muffin half of a piece of cheese and then a piece of fruit! calories are low can even be under 300 cals depending on the fruit and…

i'd just ignor it if its not all the time. keep in tune with your body and eat if your hungry!! i think that you are fine if you dont get to 1200 cals everyday, esp if its due to working out.
