I usually take my own food or just get a good burn in and stay strickt the week before and ready to do it again the week after and at the reunion potluck fill one plate with little bits of what you like and thats it and fill up on veggies too! skip the dessert and have some fruit. when that one plate is gone stop eating.…

you can also down load it from excercise tv on line if you cant find it in the stores. google excercise tv and find it there, its about the same price but i couldnt find it anywhere so i did that:) good luck, do it it works!!

find an ovulation calculator on line and put your info in!!!!!! it will give you a four day window that your are fertile and then just go at it like crazy those four days!!! i concieved two kiddos that way!!!! good luck and have fun!!!
