Running outside! There's so much more look at and it's so much more interesting! I only use the treadmill if it's thunderstorming.

I eat 3-4 servings a day, I just fit it into my calories for the day. I LOVE fruit. (And I have lost 25 pounds)

I've done C25K, and I think it's awesome that all of you are doing it! My advice would be to just stick with it. There are some days that are really tough, but if you follow the program, you will be running 30 minutes by the end. I am now training for a 15K, and I couldn't even run a minute before C25K, so there is your…

I've done this app and am now training for longer distances, but I just wanted to say good luck and stick to it! It really works! A couple months ago, I couldn't even run one minute.

Long distance running!

I love fruit, and I often eat more than two servings a day. I just fit into my goals for the day. It satisfies my sweet tooth.

Go slowly, it's better to progress slowly than to do too much too fast and give up (trust me I've done that a ton of times!). This time I followed C25K, and it helped me really build my endurance. Now I love to run.

I am currently doing C25K, and I am halfway through it. I have never been successful running until now. I can run past the requirements for the workouts, I never feel out of breath, and I'm starting to learn how to find my pace and stick with it. With a couple of walking breaks, I'm up to running 2.6 miles. And I'm only…

I do long runs at night. I tend to eat my regular dinner, wait at least an hour, run, and then have a snack after. You may have to try different things until you figure out what works best for you.

I am a software engineer, which means 10 hours of sitting a day... plus an hour of commuting that is... also sitting! I get up at least once an hour and walk around the floor, and I either get up really early and exercise or go late at night. I've made my fair share of excuses... but I know exercise is important, so I make…

Hello! I have a longgg history of disordered eating. I suffered from binge eating disorder growing up, became anorexic in my teens, was hospitalized, starting binge eating again, gained lots of weight, then became bulimic... and was hospitalized again. The only thing that got me out of the rut was the support of my partner…

Thank you so much for sharing! I had never heard of them, but I just tried them for breakfast today, and they are amazing! Even my boyfriend liked them (he didn't even notice the plain yogurt!)

I love to go around 8 or 9 pm. There aren't that many people in the gym near my apartment, and I get some peace. I hate exercising in the morning, I just can't get myself up for it! When I exercise at night, I look forward to that time I get for myself and it gets me through the work day.

I am a college junior and I definitely understand that freshman 15 (try 20). It's taken me this whole year to get rid of that weight (and so many miles of running) to get back on the track to health, but I still have a long way to go! Feel free to add me.
