Maybe work out in the morning before you actually start your day and again once your done for the day. That'll help with the time consuming showers as far as dry hair and skin, try a moisturizing lotion (Eucerin for dry skin is good) and something and maybe just wash your hair once? That's totally attainable! I did it. I started August 1st and I am down 22lbs so far. It would have been more but of course there were a few days of total chaos (not counting calories, no exercise, alcohol). I noticed a cane in your picture. Can you do upper body exercises?? Cardio hitting a punching bag, boxing, or just standing, squatting slightly and punching a across your body gets my heart rate going good and I burn alot of calories doing that. Or some type of water aerobics.

Wow really? I'm kind of sorta doing it everyday. On the days that I'm not Tues/Thurs I take a cardio kickboxing class for an hour. It includes ab work, strength training and of course cardio in intervals just like Jillians. I hope it works out for me. I can sometimes not give it my all when I know no one is watching LOL.…

I am/was totally the same way..Only while eating in the car, I would stop in mid-chew if another car pulled up next to me or if I felt they could see me in the rearview mirror.
