There was a new software update for iOS today that fixes the sync issue with Polar and MFP. Steps now show, and normal activity shows up also. Finally!

It is taking Polar forever to get the Android up and running correctly. They are losing customer if they don't address that quickly.

Same thing happening here with my M400. No steps syncing and no daily activity. Will only sync activities. Stopped working around the 2nd or 3rd of August I think.

The app does link nicely when it works. I think it is on the MFP end but not sure. Lately MFP is not updating when syncing up and it takes a couple of tries. The number of steps is not working either when I have that enabled. I am also not getting credit for any normal activity outside of a sports mode like I used to. The…

i turned 50 this year. I have four kids (one in heaven), ages 12, 10, and 7. I work at a desk all day. Been struggling to get my weight under control. Been overweight for 10 years or so, but struggled with it in my teens and earlier years.

I have found that IF I get up early before everyone does, and do this for a few days, it gets much easier to do so. I have more energy, so I don't feel so sleep deprived. If working out at night works for you, then do it! Personally, working out too late does not work too well for me because I then have a hard time…
