Trial and error, try a number, if it doesn't work, try a little bit less.

The thing that rarely gets said about gym 'meatheads' is that they are mostly really good people who are dedicated to lifting iron a lot and have respect for anyone else who does likewise. More than likely you'll be able to ask other gym users for help and advice and they'll gladly give it. If anything, you're more likely…

As everyone else has said, this is not a problem. Personally speaking, I focus on eating plenty of fibre, after that sugar intake is irrelevant.

I eat broccoli regularly but if I eat a whole load of it at once rather than a cup's worth, it tends to make me feel horribly full.

I had a 100g bar of dark chocolate on Sunday and I'll have a 125g one tomorrow, all fits.

Most people on here who weigh food have a job, usually the trick is to prepare what you're going to eat at work when you're at home and pre-log it. If you're not losing weight, what you're entering isn't any where near accurate enough. Want to guarantee you'll lose weight, you've got to be accurate. Working is no barrier…

Yes you can stop, there's nothing forcing you to eat them - it's just a mental switch in your head rather than some impairment you have which forces you to eat. There's no secret to getting round this, it's just willpower. If you're eating these things, it's because deep down, you want to.

Either you're logging incorrectly and eating more than you think or it's just water gain. Open up your diary to public viewing for a better answer from someone.

Prepare a meal plan for tomorrow, today just use common sense when eating and err on the side of caution.

If a modelling gig and a role in a music dance video aren't motivation enough for you, there's nothing any of us can do for you. You've got more motivation right there than most of us will ever have to do this. We're all doing this just because we want to, but you've got a big career opportunity waiting for you as reward.…

I don't think anything can really be fixed in 21 days in regards to health. But if it sets you on the path towards longer term healthy habits, then good. Just make sure it is that sort of thing, and not something that's going to give you temporary results followed by some sort of crash afterward.

Yesterday I ate an entire 100g bar of dark chocolate. Wednesday I'm going to eat an entire 125g bar of dark chocolate. All fits into my macros. Eat what you want, make it fit, don't stress, enjoy. And repeat.

I don't see what the issue is, Easter Sunday and Monday I didn't log, the day after I got back to logging, didn't suffer for it. There's no snowball effect to missing a meal or a day, you just resume as normal as soon as you can. Don't stress it.

Fruit is great, nothing wrong with frozen veg, it still counts. Virtually all food is processed in some way. Sugar is fine, just eat plenty of fibre to go with it. Chips and chicken nuggets are fine too, along with everything else. Just eat it in appropriate amounts. I still live with family (which at my age means I've…

Yes, don't eat back exercise calories on days you don't do any exercise on. Not even sure how you're getting exercise calories on days you don't do any.

Just for sake of comparison, leading European football (soccer) clubs calculate that their players can burn up to 1500 calories in a hard hitting 90 minute match. Be honest with yourselves, if you truly think the exercise you do is even two thirds of the intensity and physical exertion top athletes perform, then fair…

Sunday morning, just because.

'detox' *chuckle* You don't look like someone who needs to boost their bodies current detoxifying abilities.

Cover it up with a towel, then you don't have to look at it.

It's an overly vague term that offers very little detail. Clean eating proponents will usually hype so called non-processed foods even though just about everything is processed in some way. Forget it and focus on what food suits you best, what can you eat that offers you the most physical and mental benefits and helps you…

This sounds like a cry for help that should be answered by a professional.

Sounds like you might have body dysmorphia (google it), I weigh just over 10 stone and have similar emotional difficulties when viewing myself. You look great by the way, good job.

But you'd know how many calories you were eating. If you don't know for sure, you'll more than likely never lose.

Open up your diary for public viewing for better responses. If you're not losing it's because you're not eating at a deficit. When you enter food into your diary are you putting in the exact weight or simply entering generic '1 banana' type entries? As I said, open up your diary and you'll get someone on here who can…

Fibre and water, lots of that. Also coffee or anything else which heats you up. Cranberry juice too.

Maybe when she sees you she'll be inspired by your success.

My favourite low calorie ice cream is a small portion of Ben & Jerrys.
