I struggle to believe there are people who are so precious that other people posting stuff they don't like on a forum horrifies them. It seems there are still a silly amount of people who want to be told what they want to hear or they get all upset and wounded about it. Grow up, get a grip and either accept it or don't…

Can Herbalife be added to the list of words this place automatically censors?

And that's the name I'll give this diet...the altruistic diet. Winner.
-
And stop using text speak.

That's disrespectful, because someone else has the physique you crave you dismiss their efforts as easy and ignore the hard work and discipline they've put in whilst trying to paint yourself as some sort of up against it hero battling all odds. I'm not buying your fantasy. By the way, peanut butter.

If I need to get a train to anywhere south of where I live it always speeds through Northallerton.

They said 'eating clean'...*chuckle*. You can tell they're new.

The lands beyond the wall.

I tell them a drink a combination of toilet duck, lemon, cinnamon and almond milk every morning. Because lets face it, it's the sort of thing they want to hear.

Thighs of steel and a decreasing stomach and waist...I don't think you need to feel bad here.

Are there any BS blockers? I could do with some of those.

It just depends entirely on how good your diet and recovery process is. Eat enough to refuel, have time between sessions to recover, do enough stretching...

Rephrase all you want, they've just told you the problem. It's not a lack of bread, it's a lack of a whole lot of things.

Well played.

This +1 A tablespoon can hold any amount of peanut butter depending on how heaped the scoop is.

Science.

A better question would be, is it okay to not eat peanut butter. The answer to that being no, are you crazy?! It's the best thing in the world and I'm suspicious of anyone who doesn't eat it. Those with peanut allergies are clearly alien reptilians disguised as humans and peanuts are their natural enemy. Only with peanut…

If you want my advice (you probably don't) then tracking carbs, protein, fat and fibre is key. Tracking anything else like sugar, saturated fat, etc is needless. Unless you have some specific medical condition which requires it, in which case ignore everything I've just said and good luck to you.

Jesus disapproves of it.

You don't know what the problem is and yet you dismiss the chances of it being a keto diet causing it. You can't say for sure it isn't that causing you problems when you don't know what the cause is. Just because it worked before doesn't mean it it's working for you now. Sometimes your body can change how it responds to…

Can we have an MFP orgy?

Doctors, pharmacist, more fibre and water, cranberry juice...in that order.

Oh my God, how do people actually believe eating before bed is bad? This is like believing in monsters living in your wardrobe. EAT WHENEVER THE HELL YOU WANT TO FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!!!!!

How about going a bit further and decreasing it to a 0.5 lb a week loss and giving yourself some more calories?

I have cheat meals every so often, a really big one on my birthday, one every so often when performance levels at the gym are suffering, I don't socialise often so if I'm out with friends I'll allow myself something seeing as it's a rare occasion, and Christmas is just an all out eat fest. If you want a regular cheat day,…

Dark chocolate that's at least 60% cocoa has the most health benefits. But really, the healthiest kind of chocolate is whatever chocolate you prefer that fits within your goals. It's all good, so enjoy.

I'll be honest with you, this will probably never be something you enjoy doing. Unless you're some sort of weirdo. But, it does become a habit that's easier to do the more you do it and the rewards make it worthwhile. And if you have people on here you rant at, share your frustrations with, etc - you'll probably find it a…

The good news is the early days of this are always the hardest. If you can get past this, then it gets easier to do and becomes a routine.

'healthy clean eating' is an overly vague term, leave the meaningless buzz words out and you'll save yourself a lot of hassle on here. If your diary isn't open to public viewing, do that for advice from others. The usual reason for this is that people are eating more than they think, usually because they've not been…
