I work in a school so was off from work all summer..I hadn't seen my work mates for six weeks,when we went back to work I had lost 21lbs and a few had noticed my loss..when I got to 28 lbs,,more started noticing.now I've lost 41lbs everyone has noticed and keeps asking how I'm doing it and if im eating.
