Fast food is also packed with sodium and you may see a immediate gain on the scale, but it is most likely just water weight, assuming you didn't go WAAY over your calories or anything.

Ive missed a few days of week one.. which makes week one take about 2 weeks to do, so week 2 workouts will definatly be done on time and on shedule. I need to work on my eating. That is where most of my problem is. Only problem is, I like cheap grocery bills lol

it does give you the calories burned? Use that! IF not, your heart rate is to make sure that you aren't over doing it. I'm not sure if that is a formula to get calories burned from heart rate.. therer has to be.. somwhere on the net.

I've had back pains for years from my bulimia and what I find helps is a pillow that I put between my knees at night. it keeps my hips at the right angle while I sleep. Walmart has protein shakes brand Body Fortress which don't taste too bag when chugged over the sink (4oz of water/half scoop) they are high protein and decent cals. The taste is iffy.. but a whole tub costs $15.

I find that I eat the same amount, just lighter foods. Less soups, more salads, more fruits (frozen fruits are the best after a day working in the yard). Possibly a smoothie? a banana will raise your potassium levels from sweating and because its liquid it wont feel so heavy when you go to bed. And depending on the soreness after your run, maybe add a little protein to it?

Cherry tomatoes are good too. you can add them in anywhere or pop them like candy. Just don't add salt. As for your protein, even for people who want to build muscle and bulk up, it is reccomended 1g of protein per pound of lean mass. Your body cant handle much more and you are just peeing it out and possibly overloading…

I live off oatmeal for breakfast (with berried, flaxseed, and nuts) and sandwiches for lunch with an apple or yogurt. Just buy in bulk sand meat (watch sodium n fat) and it takes me 5 min the morn to make a sandwich for me and my hubby. Sometimes i even race the oatmeal cooking in the microwave LOL

Dramatic.. no.. but I only did it for like 12 days.. I didn't see any changes, but my hubby said there were noticable changes after only a few days. I just started this up again the yesterday, and I'm down 0.6lbs if thats any difference.

I agree that other exercises will help with your swimming, but also why not revamp your swimming routine? When I was swimming my coach would have us do a 500m warm up, then speed races (50mx 10 or something) trying to beat your previous time, just kicks with a kick board and always alternating strokes.

th easiest way i find to fingure this out is to see how many servings are supposed to be in the box and split it up evenly on the counter.. may take a while longer, but you will know for sure. Or to get a spaghetti measurer. They are flat palats with different size holes cut out of them

I haven't lost any weight per say eating 1242 cals and working out. But i have lost inches and gained muscle.

my usual is chicken, brown rice or sweet potato, and a cup or 2 of whatever mixed veges walmart has. the sell 5lb bags of mixed vege, stir fry vege, or different kinds.. add some different spice, maybe tomato sauce, and you have a good meal.

Tpday is day 2 for me. My husband wanted to start again, so I took the initiative and started for both of us. Day 1 went ok, only got through half of the core synergisitcs. Dropped the motorcycle the other day and things ar a bit sore, so it was harder than usual. Day 2 cardio shouldn't be as bad. I am doing lean
