I am pretty much at 150, trying to get to 120, so about 30-40.

I don't no matter what. I try to burn more calories then I eat and also, the way MFP logs calories is not an exact number, its more of an estimate so I don't want to eat to much or too little.

I am currently doing the 30 Day Shred, so I weigh myself and take measurements every 10 days.

I weighed myself once a week only figure out that I lost.6 lbs and the next week gained 2. I started the 30DS program, so I plan to weigh myself at the end of 10 days along with measuring.

Hi! I am on Day 3 Level 1. It is soo worth it! I already feel the change! I wasn't sure at the beginning, but then I looked at before and after pictures and success stories and got seriously motivated. When you start, you will probably feel like quitting because you're sore because but stick with it! Have fun and good luck!

I just finished day 2 week 1 I am sooo sore! I am going to switch levels every ten days.

I usually exercise in the morning so I drink a protein shake after for breakfast. It's pretty filling and it is a good for post workout food. I use a low calorie protein powder, vanilla yogurt, Lactaid, strawberries, and bananas and then I just blend it all together.

Hi! I'm kind of new, too. I started a while back, lost weight, then gained it back. I have recently started up again because I am not happy with my weigh either. I'm sending a friend request right now.:smile:
