Nutrisystem is basically prepackaged food, right? Its very possible that even though they are hitting the right calorie amounts, you aren't getting the most bang for your calories. Thanks! Yea, I say I'm bitter... but at the same time I'm hopeful and glad to know that I'm not crazy. Putting in a lot of work and hardly seeing the scale go down is discouraging... but knowing now that I'm insulin resistant, I now know what to do to move forward.

There is a lady at work who paperclips everything she gives to me. It drives me insane. It's things that everyone else gives to my loosely.. and the paper clip will be removed. But always... with the paperclips.

The scale is the first place I see results. After I lose about 15-20lbs my clothes are falling off... but I still have a lot to lose. No one noticed until I dropped 50lbs... then every 10lbs after that people comment and notice.

#3 is meh for me. If I have any leftover calories/macros at the end of the day, you better believe I'm finding the best-tasting, junkiest thing that will fit into my calories. I'll do this everyday-- given that I feel energetic and full with the rest of what I'm eating.
