Thanks, Aliciaaah and congrats on your success. I'm pretty sure I'm going to do Stronglifts 5x5... I spent all day yesterday reading and looking at the results and I'm pretty excited about it. This weekend I'll spend time watching some videos and practicing form before my start day on Monday. I'm only nervous about there…

Thanks so much for the advice! I've just started really cracking down with weighing and measuring food properly and it made me realize that I probably wasn't eating what I thought I was during my brief lifting period. I will look up the programs that yall have suggested and do some research to get started. I'm excited to…

It could be a snack. If someone eats 5 meals at 300 calories then that's 1500 calories... I can eat that and lose 2lbs a week. If the pizza is really 360 calories--which it probably is something around there. You could eat a whole small pizza for a meal and then work out your day differently.

There are times when Fitbit underestimates and I lose 3lbs in a week, and there are times when it's a bit too generous. Sometimes, I have to play with it for a week or two and experiment…

It automatically syncs with Myfitnesspal so you can eat them back.... So.. eat them back. The point of having a Fitbit is to more accurately measure your TDEE to see how much you can eat and lose weight. 3500=1lb If you opt to lose 2lbs a week ( you can set it to whatever) then that's a 7000 calorie a week deficit-- that's…

I've been where your at and received the same advice and became really annoyed with the answers (under an old account.) Because it's frustrating as crap when you feel like you're doing everything possible to lose weight and more people treat you like you don't know what you're doing. The truth, for me, was that everything…

I know what you mean. I missed my first post and was like.. what the heck. !
