Well, it's good that you're eating fruit, as long as you're balancing it with proper amounts of everything else too, especially protein and veg. I don't think citrus fruits have any special effects, it's just lower calorie food, vitamins and good things that are good for you anyway.

I have pics of my tats in my profile, my first one was a winged wolf on my lower tummy :)

5'1" here - My 'losing' numbers are around 1500 calories a day, sometimes less, sometimes more. As long as I lose I'm not bothered by it. Maintenance is roughly 1900-2000 from what I've experienced. :)

Agreed. Positively Steamy ;)

Meet somewhere online, text, email, skype, facetime, there's many ways to date/get to know someone online. I got into two long term relationships that way, thanks to my video game habit. :) I'll definitely admit though, permanent or long-term-long-distance is a bit much for me. I couldn't date + not meet in person for a…

I love this for some reason. :D

Yea, I think a lot of people still run into that attitude, I do as well very regularly. Nothing wrong with being a stay at home dad, it's hard work and has AT LEAST as much impact as bringing home the bacon, considering you are shaping the daily lives and experiences of your children HUGELY. You are raising your kids,…

TMI Tuesdays on my FL get a little raunchy - The "TMI" is always taken very literally! :D

mega-stoner, turned out to be a player, cheated, still trying to get back with me, asks to hookup/date again every few months and gets sad when I tell him to **** off. Simple Answer: Loser.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's a little latin background! lovely!

Lots of chatting, especially on Tuesdays! ;) :p

What matters is how you feel about how you look and your health. Not everyone handles large changes in their partner well, so you can't put that on your shoulders. She'll either come around and accept it, or she won't. Not your problem, in reality. Just keep doing what makes you happy and most of all - HEALTHY. As long as…

I dated a guy when I was 16 that everyone asked if he was my older brother, he even got called out as a pedophile when someone saw us kissing because they assumed he was a much older guy or even potentially my father. He was 6'4" with a beard, I was 5'1" and looked around 14 at the time despite being a little older. When I…

That's definitely not normal, you may want to speak with your doctor and see if there's anything else health-wise that may be going on. Couldn't hurt to talk to a good nutritionist as well.

Sorry for the dbl post, just saw your response. Thank goodness you found some things here that opened your eyes. Esspecially the whole 'he can be alone with girls' part. Yea, that's not fair. He wants to keep you on a leash while he does whatever he wants, free and clear. Don't take him back, this will only happen again in…

OK, so your EX is pissed that you're possibly, maybe, sorta, might, be flirting with someone? He's reading your messages? How does he even have access to your private conversations in the first place? And why the frick would he even care? Tell him you need your space and that you and he are just friends, nothing more. If…

I save 200 or more calories in the evenings, whether I'm at a deficit or at maintenance. Helps me make room for a sweet snack whenever I really can't push it off. And if I do avoid it, I either have a non-sweet midnight snack (I get a little hungry when I'm having trouble sleeping, happens often) or just save those…

Thanks to an eating disorder in my late-teens and early 20's, I'm still anxious about what I eat. I was down to below 90lbs or so and swimming in a size 0 pair of pants back then. I'm 100x better than I used to be, I've forced myself to be so much more normal about everything, I've put on weight that I desperately needed…

Absolutely! I love new friends of all kinds <3

Blue boobies sound good, anyone have some body paint? ;)

salted and roasted broccoli and/or bacon helps me with the salty fixes, without demolishing a bag of chips :) I also hate that chips get stuck in my teeth, same with popcorn, drives me nuts!

I wear corsets regularly, but not every single day or all day + night, so I've never experienced any of the negative side effects. Wearing it properly cinched does technically make you eat less food when you eat. I wouldn't recommend them for weight loss though. Not unless you plan to wear it for the rest of your life,…

Eh, it can be whatever you want that fits your goals. I've had big bacon sandwiches in the middle of the night before (just need that hit of salt + protein sometimes), just depends on if the extra calories are there or can be adjusted reasonably to allow it. My favorite light snack around bedtime is vanilla yogurt, easy to…

I remember reading that breastfeeding burns 300-500 a day once. Definitely do some research and account for it in your goals manually if the DB doesn't have it anymore!

Gross? That sounds delicious! I eat bacon, and candy, and ice cream all in moderation (not so much moderation on the bacon sometimes). I eat a fair bit of protein too, balanced with roughly half-veggies for every meal. It doesn't have to suck and you don't have to force down salads if you really don't want to. My favorite…

Yea...that is not normal. I mean, adjusting to new food can be somewhat of a time-consuming process if you're not used to them or sensitive to them. For example some veggies can cause gas and bloating, but it gets easier with time. But severe cramps and bloating from *everything* you eat? Something seems off.
