No..that's part of the PLAN part. By definition goal: An observable and measurable end result having one or more objectives to be achieved within a more or less fixed timeframe. So, to me, the end date is part of goal-setting.

TSA is a-okay with food...as long as it's not liquids..then it's still the 3-1-1 rule. But I'm not sure if the chicken would keep very well through the day :/

What's that saying, "A goal without a plan is a wish". I feel like setting deadlines is part of that plan :) Without the deadline, what is to say you can't keep pushing it off?

I had this same problem. I was eating around 1300 cals/day, then upped to 1600 and I gained all but 3 lbs of the almost 20 I lost in a month and a half. :/

The pink thing always makes me laugh. Just a random snapple fact: Pink was first associated with boy babies, and blue for girl babies...just saying. And I have yet to see a girl pull off pink better than a guy...just sayin ;)

You have to be checked in at the gym for at least 30 minutes for it to count. It tracks your GPS so it's pretty impossible to cheat.

Yes, I make giant batches of homemade soup quite often. Usually vegetable...sometimes homemade chicken noodle...I keep some in the fridge and freeze some (make sure it has things that freeze well if you're going to do this...like..i learned DONT use mushrooms lol) It's a pretty easy go to when you have to be making meals…
