This is where I get confused. I try to keep track of macros as best as I know how (granted my best ain't much lol), but then people say "weight loss is calories in, calories out" and health is about macros. If calories in/out really is my issue...What do you suppose the issue would be? That's what I'm trying to figure out…

I have had blood work done 3 years ago and everything came back fine. Do you know if things could change since then?

I mean, I know I have weight to lose. I know I can be under 175. I never really weighed myself a lot because I was an athlete and never too worried about it. But, the last time I weighed myself, probably freshman year (before I gained all this weight post surgery) I was around 145. So, I know it's possible to get AT LEAST…

I was getting them every 3 months. But the past 2 I was given steroid injections (the steroid your own body creates) instead of cortisone shots. They told me it wouldn't have the same side affects. But Idk, it could. And trust me, there's still some pudge left there;) lol

Yes, I do. I'll admit some days I just can't quite do it...but I try and make sure then that it evens out at the end of the week. I think I'm going to try upping my calories anyway.

Some things I've tried together. Some I haven't. I'm not necessarily looking for an answer I like. I want an answer that will help. I'm not the kind of person who puts myself out there for advice and then only listens to crap I want to hear. Obviously, there's something I'm not doing right, and other people outside of…

Yes, I measure, and they're not changing. And, if they do, it's getting bigger.

I really don't know. It's not a set goal weight. I have been a bit chunky longer than I would've liked to have been, so I'm not quite sure where my ideal weight is. Looking at my body, and how I feel, I think I could AT LEAST lose 15lbs. If I'm happy and healthy, then I'll put at maintenance sooner, or later, if need be.…

Sorry! I knew I forgot something :P I'm 5'6

I do eat between 1500-1600 a day. If you read my profile I state that I use MFP as a reference. Just so there isn't any confusion. My diary on here really isn't reliable. I don't have time to log on to the computer several times a day. Some days I can, others it's just not possible. I'm a busy student. I keep a written log…

Really appreciating all the input. Thanks

I've tried them all for at least 8 weeks. I've been trying to get the weight off for 2 years. I'll lose 10lbs, and then gain 15lbs. I hate it. And it's not like I'll lose 10lbs, then eat like crap and gain it all back. I don't change anything when it happens. I've been stuck at 175 since September, and I keep fluctuating…

I've given blood a lot, and haven't heard of this, yet I haven't asked either. They do make you eat something afterwards. At least when I've given, they force feed you. You either have to eat a small snack or a juice or something to replenish your body. I would assume your body is going to need some extra calories. It's…

Not really a physical characteristic, but I like how my body is always "firm" and "muscular" despite how pudgy I am. My body has always been pretty muscular. Muscle memory, maybe?

Never ever in my life. I can't even lick stuff off my fingers. My husband does both and it drives me up a freaking wall :P

I work out with injuries. I had surgery on my hip, and need surgery on it again, and now on my other one too. Also have SI and sciatic issues because of it. I just try to listen to my body as much as possible. Swimming usually helps, but unfortunately I don't have access to a pool. I just try to be in tune to my body as…

You mean...I'll never be able to look like beyonce?... :'(

I would say what a lot of others are saying...it's probably your diet..what or how much your eating. I always feel really good after a work out, and get that "runners high". Unless I've been eating like poo or not enough then I'm just super cranky and irritated.. my husband gets like this x1000.

A new scale.

Oh god, I haven't gotten a chance to get active on here, with scheduling classes and god knows everything else. I'm not a normal sweet eater, actually almost never, but I ate CCF for the first time today... :'(
