I used to get this when I was stressed. It would would get worse when I worked out and ate. My doctors said it was acid reflux, but I really don't think it was (it wasnt triggered by certain foods...it was triggered by all foods, and also stayed just in my stomach area ,didn't make me feel nauseous, etc) and now it doesn't…

:drinker: :drinker: :drinker: Also, new information comes out everyday. And different people have different information, or just different ways of doing things...weight loss is not a one size fits all deal. It really is a great way to share things, but people choose to bash others instead. I hope she isn't totally turned…

Lol, I just don't get what you're trying to point out. That was kind of the point of what I posted.

Because getting flowers twice a week just isn't enough.

As listed in the U.S. Department of Agriculture publication Nutritive Value of Foods, only six food items out of 1,274 contain zero calories. These foods are: 5 sprigs of fresh dill weed; 8 fl oz of municipal tap water; one teaspoon of table salt; one teaspoon of the leavening agent baking soda; 12 fl oz of club soda; and…

Guys aren't man enough to handle those knockers.

I'd say push through, just maybe take it a little easier. 2nd and 3rd days are always the worst for me when I start the new routine. If you stop, you'll just get really sore again once you start up again. I'd say tough it out. You'll get through it.

'Tis true, although you'd have to eat a crap load of them.

I rarely crave sweets, but when I do, I melt a few dark chocolate chips and fold it into some plain greek yogurt. It is soooo goood.

There are some fruits and vegetables that are "negative calorie", meaning your body burns more calories than the actual food contains, like celery and blueberries for instance.

I don't know. It's probably all of the above...except for the drawing attn to my butt thing. I guess it doesn't come to my mind that pulling down my shirt would make peoples eyes draw to my butt? I usually have to do it because I have a "curvy" back I guess you could say...or a big butt, I don't know. But my mom always…

I don't know why I didn't think of this...so in case anyone wants to know... Forever21 has great cheap stuff. I remember buying a pair of workout leggings I loved them so much I used them as regular leggings, too, and they were like 12$. They lasted a loooong time, and I wore them wayy too much lol. I haven't tried any of…

This is the opposite for me...only because I love peanuts and once I start it's just so hard to stop eating them!

Well, I have asthma and have an albuterol inhaler. I rarely use it, but when I do it suppresses my appetite. Not exactly natural, and I'm not using it for that. Why do you want an appetite suppressant, though? You should be eating if you're hungry, within means, obviously. Portion control.

I think you should be honest with yourself in order to stay on track. I would maybe wait a week or two if you think maybe some of it is water weight to make sure it's more accurate. Other than that, I say track it. I haven't gained more than 3 lbs (because I keep fluctuating @ a plateau) and I generally don't put that on…
