  • It's a total cliche. I'm a stay at home mom and I watch General Hospital (a soap opera) :embarassed: I can't go to the bathroom in public restrooms. I'll hold it.
  • Thanks guys. I put it under carpentry general (as someone suggested :) I logged it for 3 hours just to be on the safe side. And got almost 700 calories. Woohoo! Thanks again!!
  • Awwe CRAP!! I don't even got a pic on my profile. #1 cuz I don't have any on my lap top. #2 Am not that great with computer so not too sure how to put one in. So if the OP doesn't like it maybe he can send me a how to on bathroom cell phone pics. Although I may or may not be in a bikini. :blushing:
  • We have to have people like the OP. Cuz then it get's all the sarcastic comments. I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. LMAO!!! Thanks guys!! By the way I LOVE all of your funny comments. Friend me if you wanna or is that too social.. LOL
  • I'm always in the red on my protein. I think it's a good thing. With working out I think your body needs it. togden- Cottage cheese, Greek yogurt (check labels, some have 28 grams of protein others only have 9 grams and are high in fat. So be careful when buying them.) Spinach (I think??). HTHs :)
  • mwilson1018- It's great to have someone who has the same goal and so close to the same weight. Your already motivating me by how quickly your losing weight. Great job! :)
  • Hi, I'd like to join. Had my baby Jan. 2011. She is my 5th. I've been watching what I eat and running. I'm BFing and have had a hard time losing weight. Hoping I'll lose a bit while BFing and the rest will fall off once I quit. I was 192 on delivery day. 169 day coming home from hospital. 174 at first dr visit after baby.…
  • My last post was refering to this. Sorry :embarassed:
  • I got my thinnest after my 4th baby. I was smaller than I was BEFORE I had kids. I just found something that worked for me. Don't worry you can lose that baby weigh,t no matter if it's your second or seventh :)
  • I've been hit on by lot's of guys when I weighed 155-160 being 5'9 which put me at a 12-14. Lost weight, got down to 135-140 which put me at a 6-8. Got hit on just as much. So to me size doesn't matter. I'm losing weight for me. I'm not gonna lie, when I weighed 135. I wanted my husband more. Because I felt good about…
  • Mine is also the mental part of it. Set a goal and make it happen. When I started running again mine was overall fatigue, that made me want to stop. I ran with my husband and he helped me push through it. Way to go on running. Stretch your calves good and don't push too hard. So that you don't cause an injury. You'll get…
  • ANYTHING Nickelback!!! Especially their newest stuff.. LOVE LOVE it.
  • Looking good in clothes. Instead of being all lumpy. And to have relations with my husband without thinking "Jack sprat could eat no fat, his wife could eat no lean"
  • In the food diary database under generic exclusive breast feeding- it takes off 500 calories. My LO is only 4 months old. So I figure this is pretty accurate. From past experience, I haven't been able to lose weight while BFing. I think my body goes into production mode and holds on to the weight. I also talked to my Dr…
  • I LOVE the frozen yogurt places. They have some that are sugar free. And top it with the fresh fruit. Also LOVE the popping boabas (sp?) I also make homemade fruit smoothies when I'm having a craving. Yogurt, frozen fruit and ice. If you want it sweeter add some honey, SOOO GOOD. HTH :)
  • My eyes, my hair and I have really small wrists and ankles. I get frustrated when people say I'm big boned cuz I'm tall (5 ft 9in). My wrists are just a tiny bit bigger than my 11 year olds. So my bones are not what make me big. Fat is what makes me big. LOL. But I'm gonna lose that FAT :)
  • bump for later
  • I would work out. Do a work out video if you can't go on a walk or get to the gym. (if you have the slim in 6 series or the 30 day shred they both have some punching in them that should get out some frustration). Hope your night is better. :)
  • Thank you!! You guys are GREAT! I'm thinking an omelette sounds perfect for dinner :) I haven't been on MFP for very long. But I LOVE it here. Before being here I would probably just skipped dinner and felt like crap. Its so nice to get advice from everyone. Thank you all SO much!
  • I had great results after my 3rd baby. I only did Start it up for a week Ramp it up for 3 weeks Burn it up for 2 weeks. Then went back and forth between Ramp and Burn. When I can't run or make it to the gym I'll do Ramp it up now. Hope you see GREAT results. Keep us posted :)
  • sherry- Nope. Your not alone. I'm NEVER that "regular" LOL :)
  • I just barely asked this. :) Most people weigh in once a week on MFP although they may or may not weigh themselves every day. It's personal preference.
  • Will be trying a new recipe tonight. Thanks ;)
  • I'm in the same boat. I added you as a friend ;)
  • I relate. I had a eating day like that yesterday. Just try to eat better the next day. And like others have said don't beat yourself up over it. It'll get easier. When I was at my healthiest, I remember thinking "NOTHING tastes as GOOD as this feels". The more weight you lose the healthier you eat, yor body will start to…
  • Hi, I'm new. I'm 32 and a SAHM of 5. My youngest is 3 1/2 months old. I've never been able to lose weight while breast feeding but I'm hoping to change that. Hoping to get and give some motivation and support. Feel free to add me as a friend.
  • Thanks I'll go check it out.
  • Thanks for the welcome. A few of you said I can add you as a friend. How do I do this? I'm completely new to this kinda stuff. :embarassed:
