Once a week for my "official" weigh in, but I also weigh in almost daily to see the fluctuations. The fluctuations actually give me motivation to push harder.

I could've wrote this, except my "baby" will be 12 on July 18th and my name is Tammy. The rest is spot on. Right now, I weigh almost exactly what I weighed at 9 months preggo...and I had gained 70 pounds with him!! I am shooting for 30-40, but 50 would be fantastic!

Yep. I take a medicine every day that makes me gain weight and retain fluid. I also have pcos, which also causes weight gain. I've gained a ton of weight lately. Now, when I work out, my thighs jiggle and rub causing me to sweat a lot in places I'd rather not. Anyhow, it's not a pleasant feeling, nor a pleasant smell. Kinda like I need deodorant for my upper, inner thighs? This is gross, but you can't judge!

I had this issue for a while, too, but it was because I was drinking soda here and there. More specifically diet mtn dew. I cut those out and I also take potassium pills twice daily and mine has eased off. But, I still have RLS.

I make excuses about my attempts at weight loss and I am constantly putting off my diet until tomorrow....and tomorrow never comes. Truthfully, I think I'm just lazy. Phew, glad I got that off my chest. I feel better.
