Thanks guys, I am always happy to share what I do with anyone, I guess i'm still very self conscious and people would think. 'What she doing with him' And if I act like Mr. Motivator whilst I myself have a ton of weight to lose it would seem weird lol

Sorry to hear of your job worries. Try and take some positives from your situation. For example the fact that you're in a job whilst unemployment is going up is a huge thing. Stay positive, maybe even take a couple of days off to de-stress & relax. Keep looking for other jobs at the sametime, eventually you'll get there.…

Hey dude, I'm not sure to be honest. I go to the gym 4 x a week do strength training and cardio. I *try* and eat right and generally hit 200-300cals below but never the magical 500 number
