Also my weight loss has been very small, but my clothes are fitting better? I would keep it simple. 3 x day cardio (30-45 mins) 2 x day light weights

I cycle 8 miles a day and I have re-caught the bug I had for it since I was a kid. I also started cycling to the gym !
