1. Go on at least a half hour bike ride even though the heat index here is close to 100 degrees. 2. Do some light house cleaning in preparation for going out of town Friday so the house won't be a mess for the pet sitter. 3. Drink plenty of water.

Recently I have been playing the PC ARPG Marvel Heroes but the past week or so I have been playing Diablo 3 on Xbox One since the new expansion came out :) I am really looking forward to the new Dragon Age game coming out in October.

I have always thought I was 5'2" but I measured myself again recently and I am only 5'1". I had to recalculate my BMI and everything haha. I would love to be 5'4"!

I am 5'1". My SW was 150 and my CW is now 139.8 a little over a month later. I would love to get down to the 120s!
