Totally agree with this, I used to be a cardio junkie, til i got introduced to weights, my body weight didn't change too much but my stats did, as did how my body looked. Now, i just do 10 mins cardio to warm up. The only time i do extensive cardio is if i am in training for a challenge/event, otherwise it is weights 5…

I have to agree with the others, a day or two at most, but it shouldn't affect you longer than that. But hey, I am no expert. Personally, I find it is not the drinking session that affects me, it is the additional eating that often accompanies it, along with the hangover that knocks me on my *kitten* and renders me useless…
