Like a person above said, you need minimum fat per day or else your body will not be able to produce necessary hormones which will make you feel weak, cause sleep problems, loss of hair, menstrual cycle, etc. 35g is definitely too little.

That's not exactly true, depends what your goal is. I know a few people who have beach bodies but they eat very unhealthy crap. Looking good does not equals being healthy also in the inside of your body.

Politeness is overrated. You not gonna lose any friends (real ones anyways) if you will straight up refuse a snack once in a while. The word "no" does not cause scenes or fights, if they are attacking you or causing a scene because you say no to food there is something wrong with your fiends.

Counting macros for weight loss is a gimmick. You not gonna benefit it unless you are very low body fat % already and are preparing for fitness competition on stage or something. Calorie deficit is the key.

It's gonna weight more when it is cooked so if you wanna save up few calories, just in case it's not listed for cooked, measure when cooked. If you measure when cooked you may ingest fever calories than intended but you will not ingest more than intended.

I do low carb diet, not necessarily Paleo, just low carb but they are very similar. I notice that when I ate almost no carbs I don't feel as hungry.
