No you don't have to cook the veggies. And by the way, if you have a local kroger store you can pretty much get all ingredients there. All of them are near the produce area. when i exercize alot,i tend 2 lose inches (tone up) than weight !!! this last week and half i havent because its a code red outside( heatwave) and i lost 6 pounds !!! dont give up stay with it !!! measure urself and in a week see if your loosing inches instead of pounds :)
