Day 1 was a partial fail for me  The night before I got 3.5 hours of sleep and when I woke up I had serious inflammation and pain in my joints. This was odd to me since I've never had that feeling and I do not have arthritis. I tried to put my best effort in but felt it was half-assed and I didn't really get a good…

My plan will be to do the 30 days straight as Jillian suggests. There are times when work and school get too busy, but I'm hoping it won't stop me from getting the 20 minutes in. When I did my last attempt I went 8 days straight without rest and I will tell you the first 5 were painful! My legs hurt so bad that it hurt to…

I just finished day 8 and saw a 3lb loss the first 4 days, it came back by this morning, but I've lost a lot of inches and can physically see a lot of changes. I just started adding more cardio to workouts so we'll see how i feel tomorrow.

I would love to join in. I'm on day 6 and LOVE IT! I could start over on the 6th so we are all starting in the same place. Please feel free to add me if anyone wants support and encouragement.

I know nothing about your disorder and I think it would be best to talk to your doctor. I'm a week in on 30DS and I love it. Do what you can and maybe you can work up to the whole 20 minutes. Best of luck to you!

I'm sorry to hear of your loss, my thoughts are with you and your family.

I'm a bit frustrated this morning as I did not loose an ounce. I know I haven't been perfect, but I have busted my butt at the gym this last week. For the past 3 days I've been doing an hour of cardio and had acceptected to at least see some movement on the scale. I am hoping I can stay positive and focused after such a…

My comfort foods vary, but for this challenge I will give up my sweets of any kind. No chocolate, no nothing, no matter how small the portion is. This will be touch but I know I can do it!

I'd love to join this challenge! I use to love running and since I put on the extra weight I haven't been able to run like I use to. My daughter also joined Cross Country this year and I thought it would be great for us to both go on runs together. I will take my measurements later and post them. Are we going to use a…

I use flaxseed often as it is a natural anti-inflammatory, one thing I learned those is you must grind it up before you eat it. If you leave the seeds whole your body does not digest them, and then at that point why are you eating it? :D I use the oil form in my smoothies and the ground up seeds in yogurt. If you buy them…

Hello everyone, I am new to the challenge and looking forward to working hard and meeting my goals. I'm looking to help support you in your goals and would love to add new friends so if you are looking for some extra support please feel free to add me. Best of luck and thank you so much for letting me join in on the…

I've just started this challenge so I'm not at a place where I am seeing successes yet, but I still wanted to participate in this weeks challenge. This is not easy for me but I enjoy stretching my comfort level and look forward to continue doing so. #1 I love that I feel more physically capable. I use to not be able to…

I'm a week behind, but is it too late to join? I really need a challenge to keep me focused throughout the holidays. If it is too late to join I understand. Best of luck to everyone!

I have struggled with this for years and I will tell you I have found the best bra so far! I am a 36GG and love to run and do Zumba so as you can imagine I need as much "hold me down" support as I can get. The bra I got was sold at Nordstroms and is by Wacaol, I got one size smaller, a 36G to hold me down more and have…

I'm a few days behind everyone, is it too late to join in on the challenge? I'd love to loose 20lbs by the new year, that averages 2lbs per week and I think that is a good goal and yet challenging. I am looking for support and eager to give it as well. I have found the last few weeks challenging and looking to get…

I am 5"2 and trying to honestly loose 50lbs, I am always looking for more friends to help support, please add me if you'd like.

I need a Christmas challenge too I think. I am struggling and have not been doing well the last two weeks. I orginially lost 6 pounds and over the last 2 weeks I have gained 3 back. It is time to get cracken and I'm going to try to power through the last two weeks. I noticed this last week I kept telling myself "It's ok if…

Well this week was not better than the week before like I had hoped it would. I know this week will be better. I have been sick and that has really thrown me off the last two weeks. Then my family and I took off to the family cabin and didn't have easy access to a place to walk or exercise. I also noticed I was not paying…

I was challenged in getting my miles in this last week too because my feet were hurting and I had a bunch of things in the evening that kept me from the gym. I took my family on a long bike ride this weekend and that helped me, also I've been using the elipitcal instead of exercise classes because I felt that it was an…

Definitely had a harder time this week. I had a few work and family events in the evening that kept me from hitting the gym, then I got sick and that didn't help either. I am feeling better though and this week will be great! I plan to hit the gym extra hard. Thanks to everyone for being so inspiring and supportive!!

Thank you Elana for putting this together for us. I am so excited to be a part of this challenge.

Keep up the great work! Just think, a stall is better than a gain, so if you were able to maintain over the last few weeks then count that as a success. Keep it up, you'll be at goal in no time!

I think I figured out how to post the logo, so let's see if it works

I would love to join as well. 5% loss would be just shy of 10lbs and 100 miles roughly breaks down to 2.3 miles daily. My dog will be so happy!
