Dammit, I have a first date tonight -first in like a decade, so I'm pretty nervous of being an social-retard already -and now all I'll be waiting to find out if he's a 'junk pic' sender... oh god I hope not.

Oatmeal, chia, yogurt, banana soaked overnight with Almond milk and some crushed pecans. Delicious and super filling.

I am not sweaty, but I am a tomato face girl. Always have been regardless of my level of fitness ( I used to be super fit and would still turn bright red). It can be embarrassing when people always look at me like I'm dying 10 seconds after starting working out. It's just my skin I guess so I try not to stress about it. I…

Really- I'm trying to stay positive. Focusing on cutting out all the negative self-talk and remembering that I am pretty amazing no matter what.

I agree with the at home DVD. I wake up 30 mins early and do the '30 day shred'- It gets me energized for the day, and it is short enough to have no excuses not to do it.

I realised I had a Lindt Gold bunny opened in my pantry... which has been there for over a month and I haven't finished half of it yet (a few moths ago it would have been gone in one day). :)

I have, and it was not an enjoyable experience for either of us. Have you ever caught a friend out cheating on their partner?

I am a fellow PCOS'er and am making changes to help with the symptoms I had been suffering ( cystic pimples over my chin were a huge issue for me). What is working for me is to limit high GI food ( so following paleo is good- but I would limit rice and bread), I personally restrict dairy to maybe one latte a week, if that…

I too am a comfort eater and am trying to move on and get my life back on track. I have come a long way from a few months ago, but it the loneliness gets me at times and food is always there. I guess my advice is to find something you love to do, and when you feel the urge to eat out of comfort rather than comfort, do…

Melbourne, Australia- has apparently been named the world's most liveable city for the fourth year in a row, by the Economist Intelligence Unit's liveability survey.... but we have too many seasons in one day for my liking.

From one Luna to another, welcome and you can do it! Amazing job so far.

On a side note- thank you all for donating blood :) It takes special people to do it and you are all beautiful.

I don't know if you can get it in the US, but Green & Blacks Dark Chocolate varieties are great.

I use coconut oil for cooking and for beauty treatment. I agree that it is an amazing make-up remover,

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 7 years ago. I did a good job of controlling symptoms through diet/exercise. Unfortunately the last 1.5 years saw me slip up and with weight gain many of they symptoms came back. But I'm finally ready to make those changes again to beat this and enjoy life again.

I tend to limit most of those thing (except my beloved oats) for health issues. . . trying to...

While I don't have friends to cheer on yet, I think its nice. There is not enough support for people trying to make better choices- so why not be that person.

I've kept it to myself. In the past I've noticed that once people know you are trying to be healthier they offer (maybe not intentionally) you more snacks, ask questions like "oh what happened to your diet?" when you eat something they think you shouldn't. I'm doing this for me and for my health. So for that reason I will…

Hi, I don't have endo, but do have pcos. In order to try and get my symptoms under control I have been on a diet that is similar to yours. Cut dairy, cut caffeine, cut most added sugar ( I still have honey, a square of 90% dark chocolate, fruit when I want it which is a huge improvement from where I started). I've stopped…

Hi, I'm new and looking for some support. 30 yrs old, no kids. I don't have 'a lot' of lose ( aiming for 10-15 pound loss) but need motivation with exercise and staying on track. :)
