Completed day 7 too but nothing changed. Litteraly, no weightloss, no inches lost. It's very discouraging to be honest, I'm a bit down today.

I wouldn't recommend it, lots of my friends back in France tried it because it's HUGE right now over there and they couldn't handle it, financially (meat + fish + meat + fish + fancy cereals), their breath was terrible, they looked awful and 3 out of 5 got their pounds back and even more than they started with. Surely…

It looks delicious but the problem is: leftovers :) I can't follow this diet because there would be too many leftovers and it is too varied. But thanks, I'll surely get some ideas from there!

I eat radishes as a snack, dipped in a bit of salt and/or hot sauce when I am at home, plain when I'm somewhere else. It's delicious.

Wow, I tried level 2 today after 2 days only of level 1 because I get bored easily. BIG mistake!! I'll go with level 1 again for day 4 tomorrow haha. Small question: do you work out in the morning or in the evening?

Dear lord, I found how to consider myself, I am skinny fat. I tend to tell people I want to lose weight and they usually don't understand but I actually want to gain muscles. I have the exact same body as the woman in the blue bra. Not cool.

I started yesterday and it was horrible! I did not take a break but I had to lay on the floor for a good 5 minutes to take my breath back and probably put my brain cells back together. But I can feel the soreness today and it makes me feel that what I did is working, I'm motived as ever for the second day :)
