Its hard........I know....The more you think about it, the harder it gets! Stop thinking, hop on a new horse and ride as fast as you can, dont look back keep looking ahead, you may fall and stumble a few times and thats ok, we all do! Giddy up!!

This is a great Idea for a thread...we should carry this on to our everyday day lives....be happy, be polite, teach our children to be kind, and pay it forward! Smile at someone today for no reason, hold the door open for someone, be curtious and drive safley!!!

A natural cleanse, I find is the best, eat only natural foods, and take your vitamins, maybe visiting a Nautral Path is an option, she gave me a great cleanse.....I love it!

14 day cleanse works amazing the first 3 days are rough but it gets a lot easier and all you have to do is eat natural foods stay away from anything packaged, I have a good cleanse if you want it.
