I'm sick as a dog right now as well, but I'm contagious so I've been out of work since Wednesday. The best thing is to listen to your body and make sure you're hydrated. Eat when you can and drink lots of water.

I'm sorry I thought she said binge eating . I need to take a nap. You're right, I don't believe people can be addicted to food but it's used like an emotional crutch.

I eat rice everyday almost, brown, sushi, white. I love it. As long as you stay within your goals you're cool.

Doctors recommend it? My doctor must be one of those gosh darned new age hippies. Please. I'd also like you to list the athletes that do this.

I'm an emotional eater as well and I found setting a eating schedule has really helped me even out. I have little alarms set on my phone when it's time for a treat and for lunch and so forth. It keeps my day paced and I'm not loading all at once.

My first step was learning when a binge was coming on and not zoning out during it. My next step was to talk to my doctor because my bingeing was emotional and not just because it tasted good. Trust me, I've eating some pretty bad things.

Always a scale for solids and measuring cups and spoons for liquids.

But see, that's where my thinking goes. Not towards you, but someone preaches at me about eating a living being when they themselves turn around and eat a living being but it's okay because they believe that what they're eating doesn't feel pain.

Yes I had to stop going to the chinese place that I love. I'm really good friends with the owners and I get a large helping every time I go. He tells me since I sometimes work seven days a week I need the extra food. Just keep it!
