Hm really? I keep going over so my goal is 50% and get more protein in but I keep failing -_-.

Because it is :) I'm pretty happy right now. I eat what I like and I'm healthy still eating what I like so how does that work if I'm losing weight, healthy and my doctor is happy because my tests are coming back roses. How much have you lost so far Chrys? How long have you been trying on your diet?

50% of my intake is carbs and sugar and I'm still losing o.o, you just need to burn more than you eat and not demonize food types because people have poor self control around them.

I'm great in the grocery store but Trader joes gets me all the time. Nuts? Sure why not, seaweed? Yes! Yum.

I think that's a MFP glitch. For a long time my phone profile would not change from 14lbs lost! and I had really lost 35.

Log your bad days, I wish I had logged them all but the ones I did log I've learned so much looking back at them now and seeing what set me off. Not kelp noodle, never had those. I like rice and or soba, udon, ramen noodles instead.

Keep in mind though that you really don't have to cut foods if you like them. Just learn to eat things in moderation. I have lost over 50 lbs in 260 days on this site by eating things in moderation.

I like the Campbell slow cooker sauces. I do it on Sunday and it lasts most of the week and I can put it on a sandwich or with a potato or just rice.

Are you adding other things to the soup? Veggies? Chicken broth? Just water and peas? I found the easiest way for me when I make pea soup is to throw it all in the recipe builder here. Especially if I know how many portions it makes.

You cannot be denied treatment. Call your doctor and see if you can get an emergency appointment with someone else or even a nurse.

It's not just sweets for me. It's just one more helping of dinner, one more piece of fruit, just a bit more this or that. I had to learn portion control and practice a lot of willpower. It takes time but you will get there.

I was in this cycle for a long time, still am sometimes. What helped me is that I found something else to sink my anger and feelings into. I also put distance between me and food so it's not a larger temptation since it's just right there.

This, I stopped eating back a majority of my exercise calories and the weight started dropping and I got out of my plateau.

I've been weighing it cooked T_T. My rice says one cup of rice makes four servings and since I usually precook my rice for a couple of meals I measure and divide by four.

I believe stone is the weight measurement for Europeans. They do not use lbs but it can be converted back and forth.

I dunno, I like my treat days. The closest I have come to your experience is with salt. I never drank water before so once I went water exclusive it was a bit shocking. Everything was too salty for a bit and I cut back on a lot of stuff.

Under 200lbs I bought myself a PS4. When I'm under 150 I'm buying myself a car.

UPHOLDER: I like when goals are clearly set and there are paths to follow. I'm very uneasy when I don't know what's expected or something surprising is thrown into my day. I want everything planned out.
