I'm trying to lose some weight.. i'm currently going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week (i do 45minutes cardio and after i do some weight training) On the other days i try to do some videos (les mills combat/T25)…

thanks for the tips, i tried on the treadmill and is sooo much easier... i get so out of breath.. but i think i just that i need to adapt... i just moved to a city at 2600m from sea level and is harder to breath over here. I'll be working on that.. in the meantime i finished week 1 :P

Hi, i just started this week. So far i'm enjoying it, and it's only 30min so it's perfect for me. I saw the videos from the next phases and it seems it's gonna be hard... hopefully i'll have enough strength to finish the whole program... I'm not following the meal plan.. just trying to stay at a maximum of 1300 calories
