Awesome! No confusion yet - everyone almost added, but I do hope to get my cals to you in time. I'm PST and I usually do my hard/longer wrk outs @ about 8pm to 12am where I live and usually get it reported from 12am to 2am depending. So I hope to work something out so that I don't mess us up!

It is also very important to make sure your back is flat on the floor. I know it sounds lame, but I was once told to do the "flashlight" test and if there is light passing at all from btwn the floor and your back then you're doing them wrong.

I'm in! I think I will set my goal for 40 miles for now on the elliptical and combine some swimming here and there. I haven't done one of these challenges before so I'm hoping I'm not setting the number too high or too low for myself. Will edit if I find more time! :)
