Count me in~ I slacked off big time since January and just started back today. What better way then to join in walking tomorrow. I'll go for 80 miles in May as well. PS can someone PM me how to put back the walking ticker please, I found it very motivational!

I so need motivation to get my house back in order. Life had been busy these past few months and I am hoping with my job ending next week I can go through and clean for the Holidays. Question, how do I find this group say tomorrow or Saturday??

The 30 Day Shred is an awesome workout. I just finished D10, L1 and am nervous to start Level 2 tomorrow. I saw almost immediate results, not in my weight but in the way my clothing fits. Best of luck!!

The first day is the toughest... lots of sweat, panting and swearing at her. But let me tell you will see results really quickly. I am only on Day 9 of Level 1 and pretty nervous to go to Level 2 on Wednesday. Let us know what you think.
