there are so many protein substitutes now-a-days that make it easy as microwaving to be a vegetarian. some vegs like it some don't. there is division within the ranks on that end but you decide. These are readily available in supermarkets.

I found MFP as a bet to my wife that i could lose weight for free instead of paying WW membership so she signed up for WW and i downloaded MFP for free and i have lost more weight... BOOM!.

Sounds awesome - consider adding textured dehydrated protein to it from a higher protein value - unless you are opposed to soy. I'm using your recipe for sure.

If you have a smart phone there are plenty of free C25k apps that will run you through the program. I have one that takes me through a warm up then a timed run then walk then run and so forth and it builds you up to running longer and longer. Check out running clubs around your area also they may offer free group C25K…
