I say yes

The only time that I notice that is when I don't lift as much (to maintain my muscle) and cut my cals. I get 'softer' and bodyfat (via calipers) usually goes up from 2-5 percent. Maybe that's just me though.

I was wondering that too. I have a few MFP friends who were all about constant contact for about 3 days to a week...now nothing. Not even a like. So......I'm thinking the same type of thoughts.

I'm 5'9" (sometimes closer to 5'10" depending on which nurse takes my height at doc visits). My absolute lowest weight rolls in at 140 - anything less than that and I look ill. I am currently 163 and wearing size 8 or 10. I might be able to get to 130 if I really restricted and didn't lift. But I wouldn't look healthy. :|

^^ Yes - excellent waistbands and cute prints too! I like the 90 deg. for me because my hips fit in them better than some others. I even got several pant pairs to sleep in during the colder months!

Love TJ Maxx as well for the RBX and 90 degree by Reflex. Another fave is Old Navy. Love their capris (the non-see thru ones).

Four-leaf clovers she spends her days looking for. They are neatly pressed into albums which are entitled, "Four Leaf Clovers" - she brings them out for company only. She now has no more company that comes. :'(
