Personally, I had to step back and take it one day at a time. Too many times of putting the cart before the horse, so to speak. I'd just start a 'diet' then already start planning what I'll wear in four months. I had to focus on each day and make sure I got my goal in for each day.

A few years ago I had been eating poorly and decided to just chart one day...it was almost 5,000 cals that particular day. Lots of fattening foods. Horrible, loaded with sodium, etc. Never again.

I like to use spaghetti squash with low sodium pasta sauce. I also put ground hamburger on it with onion flakes and garlic. Love it! I eat an entire half!

Well, as an example: My mother is 80 and she STILL talks about a person at her high school that teased her about her hair one time. I wouldn't say normal, but I wouldn't say abnormal, really either.
