My healthy replacement for the donuts that I love so much are Vitatops. Every Thursday someone brings donuts into work. I bring my chocolate Vitatop and heat it up in the microwave. I usually only eat these on Thursdays so that they stay a treat for me. For the most part, they help keep me out of the donuts.

I just finished w5d3 yesterday - the dreaded 20 minute run. I wasn't sure if I was ready, but I completed it successfully! Such a huge accomplishment for someone who has never been a runner. I successfully completed Week 5, day 3 yesterday!!! I jogged slow and steady (used my cardiotrainer app to pace myself), and I was able to jog the entire 20 minutes without stopping! That was huge for me. I have nothing but great things to say about c25k!

I try to be active every day. I have two black labs, Mindy and Chelsea, so I like to walk them every day, rain or shine. We usually do 1.5 miles/day during the week and 2-3 miles/day on the weekends. 9/26/11 - 148.2!! Slowly but surely it's coming off :) Christmas is three months from yesterday. If you didn't do it yesterday, take a picture of yourself today. Then compare it to the ones that are taken on Christmas. I'm hoping for some big changes over the next three months!
