I've learned that I am definitely not alone on this journey of being a healthier person. I love being a part of a team because it's not as easy to justify one more treat when I know I will be accountable to my team members and partner that are relying on me to do my very best.

Not really applicable - I am happily single. My dogs really don't care what I eat as long as they continue to get their food and daily treat of peanut butter :) I'm not even sure they enjoy the additional walks because it's all about how fast I can walk. Regarding water: I used to drink diet Pepsi all day long. It wasn't until I joined MFP in may that I started to drink water. I bought three 20 oz water bottles - one for work and two for home. I usually drink three of those water bottles during the day at work (one in the morning, one with lunch and one in the afternoon)…

I actually weigh myself every morning just because it helps me stay on track, but Friday mornings are my official weigh ins when I update MFP.

I do have a pedometer. I average about 12,000 steps a day. Maybe I will log steps above and beyond that... I will do my best ladies to stay under my calories for Friday. I can't promise, but I will try :wink:

I've started eating one chocolate rice cake with just a tad of peanut butter spread on top (1/3 of a 2 Tbsp serving). It's not the healthiest, but not the worst for me either. And it satisfies my cravings for crunchy and sweet and isn't too heavy before bed.
