  • :laugh: Tell me about it! I used to do this but ended up with rather a sore back, even swapping sides to "scrape" to balance out the work. So I cheated and bought an electric scarifier. :blushing: Makes the lawn look a bit like the Battle of the Somme but after a few weeks it will look great. Serious workout stuff!
  • I'm lucky I live a 3 minute walk from my gym so I shower at home. I do use the gym showers if I have a post workout sauna or use the steam room though and always wear a pair of Crocs...too much athletes foot, verrucas etc!

  • I love Chocolate!!! First of all, go for plain dark chocolate and preferably Swiss or Belgian. I rather like the Lindt Excellence 85% cacao. Two squares are enough to satisfy my craving. It is very rich indeed and quite "dry" because it is REAL chocolate! I'm going to have to try the 99% bar......
  • Tesco 0% fat natural yoghurt and add a handful of blueberries!
