  • i use the typical bodybuilding protein sources: Chicken, turkey, some beef cuts are low in fat, fish, low fat yogurt (250g of 0.1% fat yogurt + unsweetened applesauce + 30g of kelloggs is something i really like for bulking), low fat quark (which is german cottage cheese). whey to add to your cottage cheese/yogurt.
  • Sounds like a medical problem. you gotta go to a doctor this is not the place to search for medical help.
  • 6-7days a week. (sometimes i could have a rest day after 6 but i don't fell like it) In offseason i alternate between cardio (30minutes) or abs post workout. during a cut i alternate between 60minutes of cardio and 30-45minutes of cardio +abs

  • For me it was a pain to eat 4 meals a day when i started. (fat with very low appetite) Now i gotta go with low calorie filling foods like salat to cut on 3000cals because i'm hungry all the time.

Do you need more protein or have a recipe that requires them?get protein shakes Are you getting enough protein/calories? don't get them they have no anabolic/fatburning properties, I do use them because i have some great recipe for pancakes/waffles that requires them (or simply taste better).
  • Since you are natural you'd probably not be able to get an erection from low testosterone (very low fat). Lift weights and do cardio while following a clean nutrition in a 300-500deficit would be the best option.
