Good morning everyone! I am not ready to be out of bed right now, but I can't wait to hit the gym after school. Time to target my "forgotten" areas. I hope everyone has a fantastic day!

I love arm tattoos. Once I settle into a career, I will probably get a half-sleeve. My next tattoo is going on my inner bicep. I don't think it's "butch" but I wouldn't care anyway because, while I love traditionally feminine things and getting pretty and stuff, I'm not super caught up in avoiding masculinity.

Happy Tuesday! My prom is in two and a half weeks so I am trying to be really good. I skipped the gym today because I was exhausted (worked on prom stuff for two hours, and had no pre-gym energy boosting snack! ) but I will definitely be back in it tomorrow. My grandmother made this delicious "Crockpot Candy" which…

Haha, I finally got it. Thank you though!

My twin sister's name is Natalie and she absolutely despises being called Nat. We do get called each other's name a lot, and even the names of my cousins, mom, etc.

I only went to the gym twice this week and I am pretty disappointed in myself. I got up early today to go like I usually do, but yesterday I volunteered at Field Day at my mom's school, so not only am I exhausted, but I am sunburned. Only my mouth! It's red and a little swollen looking, and super dry. I'm too embarrassed…

My name is Paige so there's not much shortening there, but when people call me Paigey (or worse, Paigey Poo), I get beyond irritated. The only person who can say Paigey is my great aunt who practically raised me, and Paigey Poo is reserved for my dad.

That kitten sweater is my favorite picture on the internet. I did 20 minutes of strength today! I never realized how fast my heart goes when I do so much strength. I love it! Sorry if I missed this, where do we log house points this week?

I own every season of HIMYM on DVD, and I've seen every episode this season. I can't wait for the next episode! Unfortunately, Bones is now in the same time slot. I watch HIMYM on cbs.com every Tuesday because they have full episodes and I'd have to wait a while to watch Bones online. Curse all of my downloading sites…

Bake cookies, sneak your grandkids stuff their parents won't let them have (like cookies before dinner!), always cuddle, and have comfy chairs and couches. Keep a jar or dish full of sweets and treats. Well, maybe you can find some healthy recipes for cookies or better versions of sweets and treats. Just don't tell the…

Continue to eat your calories back so your net will be the same. Just because it's higher intensity doesn't mean it's not the same as burning the same number of calories running, etc. In fact, I would think that with such an intense workout, you would need to eat your calories now more than ever. Good luck with Insanity!

That is absolutely incredible! You look amazing. Congratulations.

Hey everyone! I had a nice rest day Sunday, and tried to eat well. I had a bit of tummy trouble earlier but I can't figure out why. Everything I ate up to that point was stuff I eat everyday! But I'm feeling better now and anxious about my weigh-in tomorrow. I hope everybody gets a great start to their week tomorrow!

Absolutely up your calorie intake, for one. It seems to be set at 1100. Eating so little makes it hard to get a good amount of any nutrient. Eggs with the yolks, beans, and dried fruits are good sources of iron. Make sure you are eating enough to sustain yourself, and you will likely see an increase in the nutrient levels…

Brooooooscience. It's no different than drinking the same amount of milk and the shake separately. As long as you're close to all your macro goals/within your calorie limits, you should be a-okay. Milk is good for you! I drink skim or 1%, but milk is an excellent source of calcium and protein too.

I use Full Body Bind just about every duel and usually manage between 90 and 93. :(

I wear a 32C and mine always have three hooks. I think it's just a variation in the manufacturer. I've never seen anything without three hooks, though, in any size. Sometimes I prefer for the band to be a little looser or tighter depending on what I'm wearing and how I'm feeling. Good for you, though, find motivation…

I always had constipation issues when I was younger, and in the past few years, it's been quite the opposite. Very sensitive stomach, frequent diarrhea, or ...movements... so big and hard they clog the toilet. Yep, those are probably the worst out of everything I've experienced, and embarrassing! When I was little my…

Why is Wizard's Duel so freakin' hard?? I've only won three, and I've gotten my witch butt kicked over and over. I practice the spells but they never seem to do well even when I do them perfectly. How are people getting like 140 spell potency? Does anyone know which spells are the most potent?

Hey Ravenclaws! This week is going to be a tough one for me because I've been out of town and out of the gym, and I also woke up this morning to a particular illness that is going to plague me for the next five or six days. I'm going to try to keep eating healthy and exercising with as much strength as I can muster,…

I did that equation and got 1068 but I also suck at math and might have done it wrong. My BMR has always been calculated around 1240. I eat 1300 calories a day plus exercise and I lose just fine. I did find that 1200 was too few calories for me so I after I upped it to 1240, then 1275, and now 1300 the weight is coming off…

Hi. :) I've been in this group for a couple of weeks now but I just got to looking through it and reading about the challenges, etc. I'd like to jump right in and join Ravenclaw! I hope everyone is having a good day!

I'm a beta user (Ravenclaw, what up) but I'm discovering that Pottermore is a little bit cooler now that it's open to the public. I'm finding more items (I'm not sure if I missed them or if they are newly added) and potions are trillions of times easier. Nobody wants to wait 85 minutes to brew Sleeping Draught. I'm DYING…

I agree for the most part, but I do think that sometimes it is necessary/okay to reward yourself with food. If you've been dieting and exercising and doing super well, you should feel free to let yourself have that slice of cake or that bowl of ice cream, especially if it fits into your budget for the day. If you deprive…

If you say this to your girlfriend, she is fully allowed to not speak to you OR attend the event.

Women can absolutely display misogyny and sexism. The idea that a woman is not allowed to be angry unless she is on her period is outlandish and sexist. It plays into the idea that PMS makes a woman some kind of monster, and it invalidates her feelings. I'm sure both of you have experienced anger in a time when you weren't…

Yes, because every woman who has a strong opinion/gets angry/is not positive all the time is on her period. What a sexist, misogynistic concept. I love Jello No-Bake cheesecake, but once you mix the crust with butter and the filling with milk, it can get unhealthy in a hurry, and the Jello Temptations raspberry cheesecake…
