Like I said...split a serving w/ someone or just take 1/2 a serving. Take it for Thanksgiving dinner and share it w/ others and don't bring home the leftovers. A lot better than a big piece of pecan pie w/ a heap of extra creamy cool whip on top!!

Ok so I Googled it and found an article in Woman's Day Magazine... http://www.womansday.com/Articles/Sex-Relationships/Sex/8-Sexy-Ways-to-Burn-Calories.html It's based on a 150lb woman so I am not sure how to equate that to my weight of 186 but it's still a fun and interesting read!!

Welcome to MFP! I have been an active member since early May and it works if I work it!! It's easy to use and it's really helped me so far! There is no quick fix that sticks so make sure to take it one moment at a time.

I dunno...I walk at least 30 mins per day 5 to 6 days a week and it works for me.

I can't help you w/ coupons but I am pretty broke and do real well w/ eating healthy on a shoe string budget. I eat Progresso Light and Campbell's Select Harvest Light soups alot.
