10 lbs in a year is great. Did you make big changes or small changes that you can continue? If you have made permanent changes to the way you eat and exercise, I think it is a success that you should be proud of.

It looks like they were trying to place your BMI in the middle of the healthy range (21.4). I agree with everyone else. Aim for a healthy BMI (under 25.0) and stop where you feel heathy and content with your body.

I am 28 and 5'0". I started losing weight before MFP, and my SW in June '10 was 137 lbs, and I am currently at 127 lbs. I have a simple GW of 125 lbs but would love to be between 115 and 120. I have been stuck at 130 lsb for 3 months. You can definitely add me. It's nice to see people with similar goals on here.

I don't think you should have any reason to feel bad that you passed on the food. Good for you! My office always has cakes for birthdays... sometimes 3 cakes a week. My co-workers gave me a hard time at first, but now they just ask if I want any and move on. It gets easier passing on the sweets. I still allow myself some…

If you use a steamer bag, you can steam most vegetables in the microwave, and it only takes a few minutes. I'll have to try the mashed cauliflower.
