I sync my fitbit with mfp daily and allow it to calculate my cardio/walking. It only lists the calories burned, not the length of time. Will I need to log my cardio manually into mfp daily or can I just keep up with the actual length of time of cardio on paper and enter that weekly on the scoreboard instead of on my mfp…

So...the device will sync with MFP. Does it enter in exercise for you when it syncs or do you have to manually enter your exercise? Or....is the fitbit just tracking calories burned that MFP has already accounted for in my "sedentary" lifestyle? I'm new to fitbit and new to MFP so I'm not really sure how all of this works…

We've never bought the fries, so that is definitely something I can look into. Is the spray a lot less than the actual butter? We compared "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" to "Blue Bonnet Light" and found that Blue Bonnet was lower in calorie. I didn't know if the spray was even lower than the others. Still so much to…
