I can't imagine the weight you would lose would stay off once you stop the shakes. I've found "fad" things are just that...fads. Change of lifestyle/food choices is what works...good luck!

Don't do it...bigger is not better. I was a 40DDDD and was only a 40 because the bigger around you go so did the cup size get...I had mine reduced. I now wear a comfortable 36B sometimes C depending on the brand of bra and I love them! I feel better, clothes look better and I can actually work out without having to wear…

I don't go to them because I've seen too many people sneeze on the food and grosser. Thank goodness for that because buffets are related to the devil.

None of those drugs are good...what is causing the anxiety attacks? If you have to be on them...try one PRN...xanax maybe.

I would weigh in on Fridays...Mondays are usually a bad idea for me...lol I too like to weigh myself everyday. I am obsessed with it...try to figure out what I ate, did I go to the bathroom...was what I ate heavy...ugh...I am obsessed. I would go with one day...Friday mornings.

I didn't used to think so...either I'm used to the calorie intake now or my brain finally got smart and figured out I didn't need all the crap...

Bump up your calorie intake for a week or so. Then go back down...it works for me when I get in a slump...

When the weight comes off you will feel better. Walk as much as you can. Talke the steps when you can...You can do this...no excuses!
