Don't be discouraged! You know how much weight you have lost. Whether you went from 169 to 160 or 159 to 150, 9 lbs is still 9 lbs! Just go by your scale and congrats on that 9 lb drop :)

I eat all of my daily calories between 5:00 and 9:00 every night. Timing definitely doesn't matter!

Whenever I respond with calorie counting/logging what I eat I always get "Oh that's too hard!" or "That's too much work!" Everyone wants me to uncover some crazy weight loss secret! My ex-mother in law had surgery to remove her excess skin after losing about 150 lbs. They took off 12 lbs of excess skin. It really just depends on the person.
